Data Retention:
- Active Accounts: We retain GA4 and GSC data for the duration of your active Helm subscription to provide ongoing analytics and insights
- Account Termination: Upon account closure or service termination, we delete this data within 30 days
- Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing disputes, security investigations)
Third-Party Integration:
Your GA4 and GSC data remains subject to Google's privacy policies and terms of service. We act as a data processor for this information, using it solely to provide Helm's services to you. We do not combine this data with other datasets for purposes beyond those stated in this policy.
